I'm a cheerleader!

My hair is finally long enough to put in a ponytail!
I'm off to buy some scrunchies!

We're back from China and it smells good to be home.

I made my husband bring us back to America. I just couldn't stand to live in a country that doesn't have eggnog. I guess I could have just made it myself, but then I'd have to find out the ingredients, and nobody should ever have to find out the ingredients to eggnog.

So we're back, for good. Just in time for boxing day Canada!

To make a long story short, we went to China to help out with my MIL's business; she ended up selling it and now we're back, starting over in a different country for the fourth time in our lives. There's so much I want to post in this blog about my time in China that I wasn't able to while I was there. Especially since this blog is the only record I keep of my life. This is like my scrapbook/journal and each year I'll print it out and stick it in a shoebox. But that means I'll have to buy some new shoes and new shoes are for rich people, which is why I've got like thousands of them, but then I wake up and look in my closet and all I see is a toilet because, oh yeah, I don't even have a closet.

I'm grateful for my time spent in China, I learned a lot. Like how to pretend like you're taking a picture of your kids, when really you're trying to capture an image of the eight-year-old, number twoing in the park, while her father stands proudly at her side.

More to come, later. We don't have our own internet power yet. Luckily we're living in an apartment complex surrounded by neighbors who don't put passwords on their wireless networks.
Thank you neighbors, and sorry I never make eye contact with you when I see you, or respond when you say hello, and run away when you try to introduce yourself... I'm just really shy.
